| 内容記述 | 本研究では、構成主義的教育観に焦点をあて、日本と米国の大学生を対象に、筆者によるオンライン交流会および文献調査を行った。それを踏まえ、参加者がどのようなことに気づき、学んだのか分析することにより、改善を経てオンライン交流会の成果と課題を探りながら、今後のオンライン交流会のあり方を模索した。事前研究Ⅰ～Ⅳおよび文献調査の改善点を踏まえ行った実践研究では、振り返りが自身の成長の自己認識を促進することが実証された。しかしながら、より効果的な振り返りの方法の可能性が示唆されたほかに、正課外活動としての取り組みから、学生の参加態度や意欲に緊張感のゆるみが観察され、効果的な形態や方法を模索する必要性も浮かび上がった。今後は、参加者によって異なる多様なニーズを考慮しながら、多角的かつ質的な分析を通じて、より効果的な学びの環境を構築するために、さらなる実践研究を行っていく。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on a constructivist educational perspective, conducting online cross-cultural exchange sessions with Japanese and American university students and a literature review. The study analyzes what participants noticed and learned, identifies the outcomes and challenges of these sessions through continuous improvement, and explores the future direction of online exchanges. Based on the improvements identified in Preliminary Research I-IV and the literature review, Practical Research V demonstrated that reflection promotes self-awareness of personal growth. However, it also suggested the possibility of more effective reflection methods. Additionally, the study observed a decline in studentsʼ engagement and motivation when the activity was positioned as an extracurricular activity, highlighting the need to explore more effective approaches and formats. Further practical research is needed to build a more effective learning environment by considering the diverse needs of participants and conducting multifaceted and qualitative analyses. | |||||||
