We can expect to develop an OPAC system, which can obtain higher user satisfaction, by modifying search results view, sorted by users' profiles. Existing OPAC search system, which provides results by string search, lacks flexibility. Therefore, OPAC is insufficient as a search tool. Aiming to lessen the above mentioned problem, I incorporated users' book borrowing histories into the system as a factor for making a proper judgment and developed a new OPAC system at Okinawa International University.
