| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、子ども第三の居場所において、支援員が子どものセルフ・エスティーム（自己肯定感）を高めようする支援プロセスを明らかにすることである。沖縄県の子ども第三の居場所で勤務する支援員４名を対象にインタビュー調査を実施し、質的データ分析法を用いて分析を行った。 その結果、61 のコード、22 のカテゴリー、６つのコア・カテゴリーが生成された。日常生活と行事（体験活動）の２つの場面において、【子どもを尊重】することが基盤となっていた。日常生活の場面においては、【つくる実践】や【次につなげる支援】が行われていた。行事（体験活動）の場面において、【支援員の意図を全面に出して構想】することや【共につくる】こと、【相互の振り返り】を行われていた。 以上のことから、支援員が子どものセルフ・エスティーム（自己肯定感）を高めようとする支援において、①自己決定する体験、②成功体験の積み重ね、③保護者支援の必要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the support (intervention) processes to enhance the feelings of self-esteem among the children at the “Third-Place” (the local community milieu space). Interview surveys on 4 subjects who works at the Place were conducted, and the dates obtained were processed through a qualitative method. 61 codes, 22 categories, and 6 core categories were generated from the interview results. [Respecting children’s own decisions] was the basic driving force for both their daily activities and their special event activities. [Practice for creation] and [Support for the next step] were strongly reflected on their daily activities, whereas [Making events based on supporters’ intentions], [Making events with children] and [Giving feedback to each other] were key concepts in the special event activities that the subjects provide in their practice. The importance of experiences in ① the self-determination and ② the success, as well as ③ the support for parents are indicated in trying to enhance children’s self-esteem. |
